My Approach to Therapy
When working with me we work together to create a safe and non-judgmental space, and to find the root cause of your presenting concerns, while providing practical tools that can be applied immediately towards the change you would like to see.
I have experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds who have BPD, PTSD, ADHD, and/or are experiencing difficult life transitions, including end of life. I have experience with both assessment and counselling, and feel most passionate about supporting adults and seniors from various backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ community.
"Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom."

We acknowledge that our practice is located in Treaty 6 territory, on the traditional lands of the Cree, Saulteaux, Niitsitapi (Blackfoot), Métis, and Nakota Sioux Peoples. We recognize that healing and reconciliation is a responsibility shared by all and are proud to partner with organizations that help Indigenous community members access culturally safe mental health care.
