My Approach to Therapy
Whether you're struggling to manage your emotions or maintain relationships, need help overcoming your negative relationship with food, are experiencing anxiety and/or depression, need a bit of help processing trauma, are experiencing chronic pain, or want a deeper understanding of who you are, I'm here to help. I take an inclusive, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach to counselling. I apply emotion-focused and attachment-based strategies, and pull in elements of cognitive behavioural, solution-focused, and narrative therapies. Additionally, if you're typically on the go, I offer walk-and-talk therapy as well!
I am currently a Registered Provisional Psychologist with a Master's in Counselling from City University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Regina.

We acknowledge that our practice is located in Treaty 6 territory, on the traditional lands of the Cree, Saulteaux, Niitsitapi (Blackfoot), Métis, and Nakota Sioux Peoples. We recognize that healing and reconciliation is a responsibility shared by all and are proud to partner with organizations that help Indigenous community members access culturally safe mental health care.
