  • This group will be held at our St. Albert Office, located at Unit 203, 1 Tache St. Simply take the elevator to the second floor, and we’re the first door on your left. We look forward to seeing you there!

  • Coverage for group psychological services depends on your individual insurance plan. The group is facilitated by a licensed practitioner, and her license number will be included on your invoice at the time of service.

    We strongly recommend that you contact your insurance provider in advance to confirm whether group psychological services are covered under your plan.

    If your insurance allows direct billing, we would be happy to run a predetermination to check coverage and submit the claim at the time of your session. If direct billing is not an option, you will need to pay for the session out of pocket and submit the receipt to your provider for reimbursement.

  • The group will be facilitated by clinician Madison Duncan with additional support from our student assistant.

    To ensure a supportive and effective environment, the group is limited to a maximum of 8 children. If a child is feeling anxious during the first session, parents may attend for part or all of it to provide support. However, after the first session, the expectation is that children will participate without parent involvement.

  • This group is designed for girls ages 8–11 who are navigating the many exciting and sometimes challenging parts of growing up. It offers a supportive, engaging, and empowering space where participants can connect with peers while building confidence, self-esteem, and important social skills.

    Through guided discussions, teamwork, creative activities, and games, girls will explore common experiences they may face in today’s world, such as bullying and peer pressure, navigating social media and comparison, body changes, and managing negative self-talk or self-doubt. The group focuses on helping participants feel supported, understood, and more confident in themselves.
