A Note from Maddy

My approach to therapy is to support you in understanding your needs, increasing your self-awareness and self-confidence, and using that personal growth to overcome challenges. My overall goal is to meet you where you are at, work together to understand where you are wanting to go, and support you in getting there. I especially enjoy working with individuals who are seeking a better connection with themselves, their emotions, their values, and all that these may bring. I also enjoy working with couples navigating challenges including infidelity, persistent conflict, and difficulties with communication.

A session with me can be described as collaborative, curious, compassionate, and always welcoming of laughter or tears. I strive to provide a warm and welcoming environment to people of all backgrounds where we can build a strong therapeutic relationship to support you in your growth and change.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my dog Macy. I’m an active member of the Edmonton music community and enjoy playing or attending any shows I can! Beyond music and time with loved ones, I also enjoy playing various sports and especially love my daily sunset walks with Macy.

Maddy continues to welcome referrals for youth and for individuals seeking support related to sexual orientation and gender identity. Appointments are available through direct clinic referral.
