A Note from Kristy…

I bring compassion, curiosity and a warm, practical nature to my practice. Using a collaborative, client-centered and trauma-informed approach, I strive to establish a trusting and inviting space for you to “unpack” your stories at your pace. We will incorporate various evidence-based modalities depending on your symptoms, needs, individual preferences, strengths and goals. My goal is that my clients move from states of surviving to thriving.

I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) in BC & Alberta. I have 15 years of experience working with complex and diverse populations, including individuals and families in numerous settings and systems. I will graduate with my Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier in spring, 2026.

I enjoy cooking, the outdoors, reading, listening to music and spending time with loved ones.
